A new experience every time! Your SWEAT class is specifically planned to give you a balanced workout encompassing strength, cardio, core and flexibility training in each session. We will use an endless variety of class styles and portable equipment to get you the results you crave. Guaranteed to make you smile & SWEAT!

Ladies Fit-Core Fridays

Target and challenge the abdominals, back, and hips in this intense and dynamic workout. You will learn how to effectively strengthen the entire body using proper form and technique! By building core strength, you will be able to improve your posture, keep your body strong and healthy and learn to tap into your power centre! There will also be an extensive stretching series in which we will lengthen those lean muscles and create balance in the joints.

No weights are needed for this class. Please bring a mat.
