Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almond milk
  2. 1/2 banana
  3. 2 tbsp oats
  4. 1 tbsp chia seed
  5. 2-3 medjool dates pits removed (to taste for sweetness)
  6. 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  8. 1/4 tsp vanilla
  9. 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.

  1. Serves 1.
